
Having
returned to a very cold and wet United Kingdom, I wanted
to take the opportunity to thank you and all of your colleagues
for helping to make our recent award trip to Cancún
the great success that it was. We have already received
many calls from our delegates thanking us for making this
“the best trip ever” and I wanted to pass these thanks on
to you.
Everybody
was impressed with the standard of the hotel, the friendliness
and efficiency of the EPIC staff and the overall quality
of the programme. Would you please thank all those involved.
I know how hard everyone worked to make thing run smoothly
and when problems did present themselves, they were solved
quickly and with the minimum of fuss.
Personally,
I very much look forward to returning to Cancún for
a holiday (not work!) and I hope I will have the opportunity
to meet you again in the future. Many thanks once again.
