Group & Incentive Catering
EPIC DMC has served the group and incentive programs food delights for years in Cancun and now in Los Cabos.   Meeting planners for group and incentives programs in Los Cabos have become the second most sought after destination in the world.  As groups and incentives have grown in the Los Cabos market, we have supported their growth with event-sized catering services for up to nearly 2,000 guests.  We are prepared and have successfully provided services for a wide variety of guests due to our unheralded destination knowledge.

With the group and incentive markets, EPIC DMC offers exclusive locations and can serve large amounts of guests in some of the more difficult logistical locations.  Additionally, we provide cocktail receptions or special requests as per each group and depending on the demands of your clientele.  The plaza in downtown San Jose del Cabo is one of our favorite locations allowing our clients the unique feeling of “old Mexico” yet, seating up to 500 guests.

Our fresh fish, seafood, fruit, and other menu items are perfectly suitable for the group and incentive program because as we all know, Los Cabos can be accustomed to warm weather which wilts fresh produce quickly.  Our portable refrigeration equipment allows for the transfer of fresh food to remain just that, fresh.

EPIC’s Event Catering Division provides precision, flexibility, and reliable service which always includes an array of serving staff, bartenders, butlers as per requested, and of course, an entire cleaning crew.  When your group or incentive program departs a location such as the “Canyon” which is like a natural amphitheatre, we produce the entire event and remain to clean up the mess as if the area were never touched. 

Our original set-ups and décor have become some of the favorites in Los Cabos.  We always update and keep in season with fashionable options for meeting planners to choose from in our off-site showroom.

Wedding  Catering
If you are having a reception which is going to be in a facility that does not provide food, you will need to hire a wedding caterer. Your wedding caterer will be responsible for preparing, cooking, oftentimes decorating, and serving the food for your wedding and the guests you have invited to Los Cabos.
A wedding caterer can also be responsible for beverages and for cleaning up after the event which is precisely what EPIC Weddings provides you as your wedding planner.  Your contract with your wedding caterer should state the amount and type of food and beverages that will be served, the way in which they will be served, the number of servers who will be available, the cost per item or person.  At EPIC Weddings, we ensure that everything is well-documented and highly professional so there are no mix-ups at the time of your wedding.
When hiring EPIC for wedding catering and reception catering, we always provide refrigeration and cooking equipment.  We will make sure your wedding or reception is completely self-supported with portable refrigeration and heating equipment.  We will prepare much of the food in our own kitchen and also provide you with an adequate staff of cooks, servers, bartenders, and cleaning crew.  For references, please look at our photos from previous parties so you know how the food will be presented; or better yet, visit us with your wedding coordinator while in Los Cabos where we will prepare an entire menu for you to choose from.

Private Mansions, Villas, & Yachts Catering
Our flexible catering option includes the ability to shift venues in a moment´s notice for our VIP, CEO, and executive clientele.  We provide a complete set of serving staff, private chefs, butler services, waiters, bartenders, and cleaning crew no matter which location on land or even on water.  How do we do this?  Through our experience and flexibility which have been an integral parts of our success in Cancun and now in Los Cabos, Mexico.

Our menus will vary depending on our clients palette offering a host of options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.  Nothing is better than have a private chef in an exclusive EPIC venue being served a spectacular dinner as the sun sets along the Pacific Coast.

Please contact the EPIC Event Catering division for a menu in advance.  If that is not possible, call us upon your arrival at the Los Cabos International Airport and we can have something prepared for you within approximately two hours.
